3. Documents Required for Class I

• Birth Certificate of the Candidate

• Birth Certificate (issued by the Municipal Corporation) with the name of the candidate seeking admission.

• Note: Birth Certificates issued by doctors, nursing homes and hospitals or affidavits will not be accepted.

• Aadhar Card

• Student's Aadhar Card / Aadhar Card Enrollment Receipt. (Mandatory for Admission)

5. Documents Required for Mid-Term Admission of Class IX to XII

• Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate.

• Board Examination Registration Slip.

6. Fees Structure

Dear Parent,

As you are already aware, VPS Vapi is in the purview of the Gujarat Self-Financed Schools (Regulation of Fees) Act, 2017. As per the recommendation of Supreme Court and the Government of Gujarat, we have submitted our proposed fee structure the Fee Regulatory Committee, Surat for further information and approval for the year 2024-25.


As an interim arrangement until clarity prevails in this matter, refer the following till we receive final fee approval Admission Process of 2024-25.

Amount paid at the time of admission is neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances, even in case where a student wants to withdraw from the school after having taken admission.

No fees / charges, partial or full, will be refunded if the said student is required to leave the school during term-time for any reasons. One clear calendar months' notice in writing or a months' fee in lieu of notice must be given before student is withdrawn.

Note: The provisional fee and head of fees will be applicable until we receive the final FRC approved fees. Provisional fee 2024-25 is applicable until the final fee for the academic year 2024-25 is declared by the appropriate authority. Difference of amount wherever applicable, if any will be collected / refunded / adjusted for every student based on the final outcome of pending sub-judice matter. The provisional fee and amount collected under these heads will be appropriated under different / new heads as decided / ordered by the competent authority and School Managing Committee based on the final outcome of the sub-judice matter.
