Payment

Vapi Public School is a private school and does not receive any grant-in-aid. The expenditure of the school is fully met from the fees. Fees are paid for 12 months of the year. Increase in the cost of living, Government Scale and dearness allowance are the guiding factors, while setting the fees.

Fees shall be paid by Demand Draft / Local Cheque. Fees are paid on term basis in June and November. If fees are not paid by due date, a fine of ₹ 100 per week will be levied.

There is always a demand for admission to the school in all classes at the beginning of the session. It is therefore imperative that fees for the first and second term be paid by 5th May and 5th November respectively. If the fee is not paid, or there is no information regarding the reason for non-payment of fees, the student’s name will be struck off the rolls and new admission will be made in the vacancy thus created.

The student may be readmitted if the vacancy exists, on paying re-admission fees.

Students admission will be cancelled for non-payment of school fees or irregular attendance without sufficient reason during or at the end of the term.
