Payment

Vapi Public School is a private school and does not receive any grant-in-aid. The expenditure of the school is fully met from the fees. The school fees include tuition fees; charges for games, sports, library, teaching aids, general stationery and field trips. Fees are paid for 12 months of the year, June to May. Increase in the cost of living, government scales and dearness allowance are the guiding factors while setting the fees.

Admission fees are to be paid at the time of admission. The amount may be revised by managing committee from time to time.

There will be re-admission procedure for classes I, IX and XI. Re-admission fees has to be paid according.

Fees are paid on term basis in May and November. If fees are not paid by due date, a fine of ₹ 100 per week will be levied.

There is always a demand for admission to the school in all classes at the beginning of the session. It is therefore imperative that fees for the first and second term be paid by 5th May and November respectively. If the fee is not paid or there is no information regarding the reason for non payment of fees, the student's name will be struck off the rolls and a new admission will be made in the vacancy thus created.

The student may be re-admitted if the vacancy exists on paying re-admission fees.

The school management reserves the right to revise the fees as and when necessary.

The school office remains open on all working days during the vacation.

All fees must be paid online through application.
